Everything was perfect, including very very helpful staff and fantastic location very close to the center of the city. Comfy bed, absolutely clean bathroom and an air conditioner, a safe box, and a chair in the room. Quiet atmosphere...

As two women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure in this clean and welcoming hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check out. The location was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions such as Vatican City, and we discovered unique shops and delicious gelato along the way. The availability of a printer and computer was an added bonus, making our stay even more convenient.
Can recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at B&B Sepulveda. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with the Colosseum just a short walk away. We also appreciated the supermarket downstairs, making it easy to grab any necessities. The owner was incredibly kind and even waived the late check-in fees due to our delayed train. I highly recommend B&B Sepulveda for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Rome.

Satisfactory conditions, good vibes, comfortable bathrooms and kitchen with utensils. English-speaking host, communicative, kind, and helpful. Convenient location near underground station, close to city centre. Good experience, clean room with nice view, good air-conditioning, comfortable bed. Daily bathroom cleaning, perfect location near metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops. Great service, helpful staff who provided information and stored luggage. Kind gestures of daily treats. Friendly owner who met us upon arrival, provided breakfast snacks, adjusted offer to our needs. Easy access to major attractions, quiet neighborhood, nice coffee shops, shopping opportunities. Sufficient privacy even when other rooms occupied. Small shower with "rain shower head". Host went out of his way to bring us to the hotel late at night. Comfortable room with air-conditioning, access to kitchen, and clean bathroom. Perfect for walking around Rome. All was perfect, good location, cheap, comfortable room with air-conditioning, kitchen access.

The hostel offered great value for money, with a large apartment-style setup that included a kitchen and two bathrooms. The shared access to amenities such as an oven, microwave, kettle, and washing machine was very convenient, especially for those planning to have meals in the room. The location was also a big plus, with the main attractions within walking distance or easily reachable by metro. there was a grocery store, pizzeria, and fruit stand right across the street, making it convenient for any immediate needs.
The noise from the street, which could be bothersome if you are a light sleeper, but having earplugs could help minimize the disturbance. Another inconvenience was the size of the bathroom, which was quite small and limited movement.

The value for money at this B&B was amazing, and the room itself was clean and cozy. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety or maybe some fresh pastries.
